Woman Asks If She Should Thank Husband Every Time He Takes Care Of Kids

When making decisions, a good parent seeks to consider the child’s best interests. In determining what makes a great parent, the parent’s intention is equally as essential as their actions.
Being a perfect parent is not necessary to be a good parent. Nobody is perfect, and children aren’t either.
We must have this in mind when setting our objectives. Meet u/[deleted], a Reddit user whose spouse and she have two children. The husband spends almost all of his workweek at home and works a full-time remote job. On the other side, the OP attends school full-time and spends relatively little time at home throughout the day.

The OP has tried to assist with child care as much as she can while balancing her rigorous academic schedule for both of their children, who are enrolled in daycare centers or preschools. Being an equal co-parent has proven to be difficult for the OP.

One day, when she returns from school, the entire house has been unpacked. After learning that she was expected to clean the flat because her husband had been caring for the kids for the previous three hours, the OP still thinks it is unfair.
The real trouble began when the OP’s husband said he should be thanked for caring for his children.

What are you waiting for ladies and gentlemen? Keep on scrolling down below to dive deeper into this case and make sure you read it until the end.
