Boss Pinpointed Employee Leaving 3 Minutes Early After He Worked For 20 Hours

Went home early

Recognition and acknowledgement! Even more so than high pay, employees in an organization want these two factors in their lives. These factors keep a worker motivated to continue working beyond potential. Hearing the words “you did great” from your boss is all takes for you to keep doing great. If you don’t hear those words, you start to believe there is no point in you being in that organization anymore.

In today’s story, Reddit user u/irritatingfarquar shared that after putting in a long-arsed 20-hour shift at work, he was too exhausted and left work at about 3:15 a.m. The next day his manager called him in telling him that he monitored through the car tracker that he left work at 3:12 a.m. which was 3 minutes earlier than the set leaving time and that stuff like this could get him fired.

OP decided to respond to this by maliciously complying with his manager in a way that resulted in Mr. Manager getting fired. How did that happen is for you guys to find out. Scroll down below to read the story!
