They could be referred to as the team’s “unofficial leader.” When a new “Karen” supervisor joined the team, she immediately felt threatened by u/TrainingOutcome5466, and she didn’t enjoy how they would always express the team’s disapproval of her poor decisions.
This got to the point that Karen was putting limits on u/TrainingOutcome5466 that no one else had, such as restricting them to conduct all business via email. They made every effort to meet Karen’s demands, sending hundreds of emails every day. When they discovered that Karen was purposefully ignoring all of these communications, the opportunity for some nefarious compliance arose.
