OP is a construction superintendent and was busy on a huge 13-acre site north of Dallas.

One day, a city inspector came into the construction site and told OP about the complaint that the sprinkler was damaged, which led OP to talk to the neighbour.

However, the neighbour never opened the door, and the city inspector came back again with another complaint.

Things just kept getting more tense as the neighbours complained about OP encroaching on their property line, but it was actually the opposite, according to the papers.

This is when everyone involved in the construction project was emailed the same complaint as well.

OP tried once again to talk to the neighbour, but he never opened his door to resolve the issue in any way.

So OP decided to move the fence onto the exact property line, which meant that the neighbour was now in trouble.

The neighbour finally was willing to talk, but it was just obscenities and vulgar language when he sat down with OP.

Things only got worse as the neighbour claimed that everyone else was wrong and that they needed to stop the fence relocation.

This is when OP’s client chimed in and offered to sell the stolen property to the neighbour.

That was the first option, but the second option was that the neighbour shuts his mouth and let the construction workers do what they were hired to do.

That was basically how the story ended and how the male Karen was put in his place after he couldn’t stop complaining about everything.

To be honest, if the neighbour had not spoken up, no one would have known about the property line issue. However, he was determined to ensure that his ‘rights’ were not squandered, and he ended up getting himself into more trouble than he had anticipated. He’s lucky that the new homeowner is so laid-back; otherwise, this could have gotten really bad for him. If I were in the homeowner’s shoes, I would not have let go of Karen as easily.

These kinds of people never like the taste of their own medicine.
