You can’t truly address the behavior until you figure out its cause. Even the most devoted and enthusiastic dog lovers become irritated with unnecessary barking, especially when it’s from a neighbor’s animal. In today’s Reddit story, our OP is the dog owner and their neighbor is the one who is fed up by the constant barking.
