Reddit user AnonymousMeese once got arrested from his office, in front of his boss and all his coworkers. OP had to spend 54 whole days in jail. Then his attorney, who he hired for a whopping $13,000, proved that OP was 3 hours away from the crime scene when it happened which resulted in the case getting dismissed and him getting released.
The investigation was poorly done by the detective which resulted in ruining OP’s life. Everything was a mess, regarding his family, when he came out. OP decided the world has to know about his story so he made a new website and shared his entire story on it including all the details and the reports as well. OP’s website went extremely viral and a lot of people read it.
This resulted in the detective, along with some police officers, paying a visit to OP’s house to get him to delete the website. OP simply said it would only happen if the detective resigns from his job.

The detective should be held guilty for this. This is so out of order. This event ruined OP’s life. I really hope OP does something that makes the detective regret his poor investigation. He must be made to realize it is not okay to play with other people’s lives. You are not allowed to do so.

13. Recover what they cost you.

14. You have a good attorney, OP. Keep him for now, this may not be over yet.
15. The investigator should be punished for ruining OP’s life.

16. You cannot do it for a simple apology, make them pay.
Via TinkerInTheDark
You shouldn’t do a poor job in the first place, detective. He must’ve felt so embarrassed apologizing to the very person he got declared a criminal.
