3. The plan was for the student to stay for the summer but she decided to extend her lease and chose to stay for the coming school year.
4. Other than OP’s boyfriend who pays a couple of visits every week, no one else lives in the house apart from OP and the tenant.
5. According to OP the two get along very well.
6. However, recently something happened that impacted the cordiality of their relationship.
7. The tenant had recently split with her boyfriend and wasn’t really mad about it because the couple had it coming for a long time.
8. Since the breakup, OP noticed her tenant was back on dating apps and had started bringing in men to sleep with them.

9. OP would have been fine with it had it been once a week but this was happening with multiple men, multiple times a week.
I wish I knew how tenant/renting laws worked to better decide this situation. But if we view basic logic here and try to make something of it, the tenant is using a shared space with OP (kitchen/bathroom, etc.) so in that case, I think OP might have a say in this. She could tell the tenant to stop bringing in men or at least tone it down a bit.
However, it is going to be difficult for OP to prove “why” because the contract doesn’t explicitly say not to bring in strangers, and bringing guests over “with reason” is not clear enough to make her stop. Good luck!

10. One time when OP went downstairs for breakfast, she found a complete stranger making coffee for himself in the kitchen. He even started hitting on her.
