Every so often, we have to deal with a person who just HAS to get on our nerves. It’s like their job! And it sucks even more if that person is your boss. Pretty sure many of us can already relate but, for those of you who cannot hold up, we’ll tell you what we mean.
If you’ve been blessed enough to have a wonderful boss who understands your needs and wants and tries not to interfere much with your work, you’re luckier than almost half the world. Because not everyone has the same experiences. Some bosses just think you owe anything and everything just because they are paying you. Moreover, it sucks even more if your boss asks you to use all your extra benefits for the benefit of the business. Ahem, excuse me? Those are supposed to be personal benefits?!
Like so, we have a story that some of you might be able to relate to. It’s about an employee who smartly figured his way out of a tricky situation. When you travel so much for work, it’s only fair that you get to keep all the miles for your personal use, right? Well, wrong – according to this new boss he has. He wants everyone to put it back into the business. Yikes, wouldn’t wanna work with this guy!

1. 30 to 35 weeks a year?!
Does this guy even have time to stay home? That’s a toughie. Also, implementing a new policy just so your employee can’t benefit from it? Too low!

Okay, not gonna lie, this story hit the nerve. Why can’t bosses just treat employees as humans and not as machines who are supposed to work day and night without getting anything out of it? Definitely wish there was the way we could reset the world and give them a taste of their own medicine. Maybe then they’ll know how unfair they are being without others having to go through so much trouble just to prove a point. We just hope someday, soon, they start being nicer to their employees. Though, we gotta admit there are wonderful bosses, too and we are ever so thankful for that!
